Fair Use

If a breach occurs, we may suspend or terminate services without notice. Where permitted by law, no refunds or credits will be issued for disruptions caused by policy violations.

  • Operating messaging lists without confirmed opt-in
  • Collecting responses from unsolicited campaigns

All messaging lists must use verified opt-in and maintain proof of consent.

3. Malicious or Harmful Activity

You must not use our Products to engage in harmful or disruptive behaviour.

  • Attempting unauthorised access to systems or accounts
  • Distributing malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Launching or supporting network attacks (e.g. denial-of-service)
  • Harassment, abuse, or threats toward individuals or groups
  • Content that promotes violence or endangers safety

4. Fraud & Misuse

  • Attempting to obtain services without payment
  • Interfering with other users or systems
  • Accessing, altering, or destroying data without permission
  • Violating privacy or consumer protection laws

5. Restricted Activities

Our Products must not be used in connection with illegal or high-risk activities, including:

6. Misrepresentation
